Mr. Lam Kwong Yu is the founder, Executive chairman of Starlite Holdings Limited. He is a man of vision and one who values people, technology, quality and the society. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Lam was named one of Hong Kong's Ten outstanding Young Persons in 1986. He was awarded the Young Industrialist Award in 1988, and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1990. Mr Lam was also awarded the "Outstanding Achievements Award" of the Hong Kong Print Award in 1999.
In 2002, Mr Lam was further awarded HKSAR Medal of Honor (M.H). Besides that, he was named a Member of 10th, 11th &12th National Committee of The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Ms. Zhao Chunyan joined the Group in 1994. She currently serves as the General Manager of Shaoguan Fortune Creative Industries Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and oversees the daily operations of the Shaoguan factory.
Ms. Zhao has extensive experience in management, production quality control, and strategic planning, as well as over 30 years of experience in the packaging and printing industry.
Ms. Zhao recently completed the Quality Control and Branding Advanced Training Program jointly organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
