Starlite Printers (Malaysia) HR team regularly handles staff welfare activities as part of our way to say thank you to our staff for the sacrificing and contribution to our organization.

On 10th January 2019, our worker had a traffic accident on his way home. He was injured at left hand and warded for about 2 weeks. Another worker that had an accident with his motorcycle had injured at right hand too. HR team visited them to express our care and support. The best thing is that these staff had a very positive mindset are will continue to assume their responsibilities after recover.

Other staff welfare activities include contribution of all the babies needed like clothes, lotion, baby shower, shampoo and powder. Our colleagues deliver 2 baby girl and 1 baby boy on  March 2019. Incoming delivering baby estimate come out on early of June 2019 of our Customer Service Manager. Starlite welcomed and congratulated to all the lucky father and mother regarding their newborn baby. Hopefully, they will be a good, caring and loving parents.

On the other words, positive staff welfare activities touch the heart of our staff. It is our little effort to pay back these staff for their loyal contribution to our organization.
