Starlite Printers (Malaysia) had welcomed Dr. Shamili from Department of Occupational Safety and Health as our auditor on 23rd May 2019. This audit was conducted by QA Department together with Human Resource Department. The purpose of the visit is to investigate the hearing problems involving workers after the workers through audiometric test compulsory by yearly basis.

Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is committed for employee’s safety and health, especially in noise issue. Noise is defined as unwanted sound. Individuals who work in areas where high noise levels (more than 85 decibels averaged over eight hours).

Starlite Printers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd also committed for employee’s welfare and also cooperates with DOSH for any safety and health issue. All the advice given will be practiced and adhered to for the well-being of the Starlite Printers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd employees’.

Thus, there will be more training to conduct for safety and health in yearly training plan for Human Resources activities such as hearing conversation and personal protective equipment (PPE) as our improvement.
