Starlite Printers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd had participated in the standards and operation manuals of hazardous chemicals to health (USECHH) seminar by having a visitation to Departmental of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) at Johor Bahru.

The purpose of the seminar is to understand and identify (USECHH) before the audition of Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) to the company.

USECHH requirements,

 To register all hazardous chemicals.

 To appoint competent to conduct Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)

 To appoint competent to conduct Initial Noise Monitoring for the machine who have high noise intensity (more than 85 decibel)

 To obtain Chemical Safety Data Sheet (CSDS) of Chemical. Total pages should be 16.

 To send workers who expose to chemical to Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) for doing Medical Surveillance.

 To prepare safety working procedure for the handling of hazardous chemical to health (BKBKK).

 Safety & Health Committee - The committee should have at least a Secretary, 4 employees representing company (Executive level and above) and 4 employees representing workers (Supervisor level and below).

 To give training to workers and record all training regarding safety and health given to workers
