The Myth of Color Difference  ( Part 1 )

Using spectrophotometer to measure color difference are very popular nowadays which give a objective and consistent result (Delta E).

Ideally Delta E should aligned with visual difference. i.e. Small Delta E means small visual difference.

In real world print production, chances are the Delta E result may not align with our visual perception of color difference.
